The Supervisory Board

The administration is an organizational body consisting of a management team and department heads for the following areas:

  • Administration
  • Technical Services
  • Social Services

This body is responsible for analyzing needs, developing, organizing, implementing, and managing projects. Its main goal is to provide effective support to job seekers, offer them future prospects, and guide them toward integration into the regular job market.

It closely collaborates with the board of directors, which consists of appointed representatives from member municipalities and volunteers.

The objectives for beneficiaries are:

  • Providing tailored social support
  • Offering technical training aligned with projects or their professional aspirations
  • Actively assisting them in their job search
