We currently support over 300 clients in our member communities.

To ensure a high-quality service, please take the following points into account:
- We strive to complete tasks as quickly as possible. To check our availability, feel free to contact us.
- Our teams consist of job seekers assigned by ADEM. While they are trained for the requested tasks, they are not professional gardeners or handymen. We kindly ask for your understanding, and if any issues arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Please note that we cannot take on large-scale projects. Our agreement with the Ministry of Labour prevents us from carrying out work that could unfairly compete with private businesses.
- The acceptance of a project is at the discretion of our team leaders. If the requested tasks exceed our capabilities, we will direct you to a specialized company for the work.

The two neighborhood services, “De Maacher Atelier” and “Den Atelier” will be combined into a single CIGR proximity service.
However, daily life will continue as usual and residents will be able to count on the support of the team for small jobs in and around their house.

Here is some information about the practical implementation:
- Have your ID card ready!
- The terms and conditions must be signed with each rental otherwise no rental is possible!
- Luggage transport is also possible, for more details please contact the rental station or the number: +352 621 21 78 08
- A breakdown service is available from March 15 to October 15 from 8h00 until 17h00. Outside of this period, you can use the towing service from Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 16h00.
